Health Policy Fellowships, which are
intended to provide midcareer health
professionals with a greater understanding of the federal health-policy
process, help them formulate new
policies and programs, and advance
their careers as leaders in academic

The fellowship program is financed by
the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
and administered by the Institute of
Medicine of the National Academies.
Up to six fellows will each receive a
maximum of $165,000 plus benefits
